Terms of use

1. The service

FastSell is a CRM for companies: products, orders, couriers and working with operators and targetologists under agreements. The Ads section lets targetologists automatically send leads from Facebook/Instagram lead forms and from their own website to a FastSell stream or to their own system. Market is a planned direction and is not covered by these terms.

2. Account and security

• —You provide accurate details at sign-up and confirm your phone number with an SMS code.
• —You do not share your password and are responsible for actions taken in your account.
• —You do not attempt to breach the system's security or access other companies' data.
• —You collect and use customer data lawfully.

3. Pricing and the free period

• —Plans, prices and limits are shown in the Pricing section of the website.
• —A new company that signs up on the website works on the Start plan free for 30 days.
• —After the free period, the plan is paid to keep using the service. Payment is not taken automatically.

4. Ads section (Facebook, Instagram, website)

• —You connect a Facebook account only with Pages and ad accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you comply with Meta Platform Terms.
• —Obtaining the customer's consent to process their data in the lead form and using it lawfully is the targetologist's responsibility.
• —Leads sent to an agreed offer stream are unlimited. Leads sent to the targetologist's external system (webhook) count toward the monthly limit of the selected plan; when the limit is reached, leads are not lost and are sent after the plan is renewed or in the next month.
• —Failures of third-party services (Meta, Telegram, the targetologist's external system) may delay a lead; such leads are kept in the queue and retried.

5. Changes and suspension

• —Prices may change; a change takes effect after the current paid period ends.
• —The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or failures of third-party services (SMS, servers).
• —If these terms are violated, the account may be suspended. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
